About Our Crew

We're a local junk removal company working out of Stone Mountain. We started in 2021 with one truck and a simple idea: haul people's stuff the way we would want our own home treated.

Our crew does the heavy lifting, but the job is really about the small things. Padding a stair rail. Taking the legs off a table instead of tipping it through a door. Checking that a water line is capped before the washer leaves. Those habits are why people call us back for the next cleanout and send their neighbors our way.

What We Haul Away

Most calls are for general junk removal: a pile in the yard, a room you want back, a few things too heavy to move alone. We also handle furniture removal, appliance removal, garage cleanouts, basement cleanouts and storage unit cleanouts. Remodel leftovers go out with our construction debris service, and shops and offices can use our commercial junk removal. Pick the one closest to your job, or just tell us what you have on the phone.

How We Do the Job

Hauling junk sounds simple. The part people remember is whether the wall got scuffed, the floor got scratched or the driveway was left a mess. We pay attention to those small things.

We protect the path out

Before the first piece moves, we look at the route from the room to the truck. Tight turns, stair rails and door frames get padded or covered. Floors in the walkway get runners when the load is heavy or dirty.

Things come apart before they get forced

A sleeper sofa or a bed frame that won't clear a doorway gets taken apart, not shoved. Legs come off, doors come off hinges if needed and get put back. It takes a few more minutes and saves you a repair.

Appliances get unhooked the right way

We shut off and cap what needs it, drain what holds water, and check for leaks before we roll anything out. A washer hose left dripping behind a wall is the kind of detail we don't skip.

Upfront pricing with no hidden fees

You get a price before we load anything. If you add items once we're there, we tell you what that changes before we carry them out.

We sweep up before we leave

When the truck is full, we go back in. Dust, screws, broken glass and that ring of dirt under the old couch get swept up. The spot should look ready to use.

What Sets the Price

The price mostly comes down to two things: how much of our truck your load fills, and how much effort it takes to get it out the door. Every pile is different, which is why we see it in person before we give a number. These are the things that push it up or down.

We come out, look at what you have and give you a price on the spot, free and with no obligation. You decide whether to go ahead.

Volume
The biggest factor. A single recliner and a packed two-car garage are very different loads. We estimate how much of the truck your items will fill.
Weight
Concrete, tile, roofing shingles, dirt and old masonry are heavy for their size. A small pile of them can weigh more than a room of furniture, and that affects disposal.
Access and carrying distance
Items at the curb are quick. Items in a basement, up a flight of stairs or at the back of a sloped yard take more hands and more time.
Take-apart work
Built-in shelving, swing sets, hot tubs and big sectionals often need to be cut down or disassembled before they can move.
Items with special handling
Refrigerators, freezers and window units hold refrigerant. Mattresses, tires and electronics often have their own disposal rules. These can add a little to the cost.

How a Job Runs

Most jobs follow the same steps. Here is what to expect from the first call to the clean floor.

  1. 1

    Give us a ring

Describe the items and which part of the house or yard they're in. A rough idea is enough. We pick a time to stop by, and same-day and next-day service is available.

  2. 2

We give you a price on site

We walk through the items with you, point out anything that needs special handling and give you a firm price. Nothing gets loaded until you say yes.

  3. 3

We protect, take apart and carry

Floors and frames in the path get covered. Big pieces come apart if they need to. Our crew does all the lifting, so you don't have to move anything to the curb.

  4. 4

We sort as the truck fills

A sturdy dresser or a working lamp goes in a separate spot on the truck so it can head to a donation drop-off. Scrap metal and cardboard get pulled out for recycling. Only what nobody can reuse goes off to be thrown away.

  5. 5

    We clean up

We sweep the area, take one last walk through with you and make sure nothing you wanted to keep left on the truck.

Questions People Ask

What kinds of things do you take?
Most household junk: furniture, mattresses, appliances, yard debris, boxes, old exercise equipment, and leftover building material from a remodel. We also clean out garages, basements and storage units. If you're not sure about an item, describe it on the call and we'll tell you.
Is there anything you can't haul?
Some things need special handling, like wet paint, chemicals, fuel and other hazardous materials. Rules can vary by item, so ask us about anything like that before the visit. We'll be straight with you about what we can take.
How do you figure the price?
It comes down to how much room your items take in the truck, how heavy they are and how hard they are to get out. We look at everything in person and give you a price before we start. Upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
Do I need to move things outside first?
No. Our crew carries everything from where it sits, including upstairs rooms, basements and the back of the yard. Just point to what goes and what stays.
How soon can you come out?
We often have same-day and next-day openings, though it depends on how full our week already is. When you phone, we'll check the calendar and offer you the first slot we have for your estimate.
What happens to my old stuff?
Nothing goes straight to the dump without a look. Pieces someone else could still use, like a solid bookcase or a decent table, we try to get to a donation spot. Old metal and cardboard get recycled. What's left after that is disposed of properly.
Can you do the pickup while I'm at work?
For the estimate, we'd like you there so we can walk through what's leaving together. On haul day, being away is usually fine. Leave us a way in, like an open garage or a gate code, and mark clearly which items go. We'll give you a call when the truck pulls out.
